Palazzo dei Congressi

Florence Congress Centre consists of the 18th century "Villa Vittoria",  the modern building "Palazzo dei Congressi",  the adjacent Auditorium, the "Limonaia" (Lemon House) and a beautiful centuries-old garden. This area is connected to the "Fortezza da Basso" through a pedestrian square, thus forming a congress & exhibition area in the heart of the city, which is completely accessible on foot, just in front of the side entrance of the main railway station "Santa Maria Novella" and at walking distance from the main monuments and city hotels. Some IECON2016 events (welcome party, gala dinner and lunches) will be held inside "Fortezza da Basso", in  "Padiglione Cavaniglia" and "Arsenale" buildings.
